Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program
The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate program is now open! In order to qualify electric vehicles must be purchased or leased after May 22nd, 2025.

Who Qualifies
Any residents of Oregon state, businesses, nonprofits, & government agencies can qualify for the standard rebate. There is no income requirement to qualify for Standard rebate.
The Charge Ahead Rebate offers up to $7,500 to help low- to moderate-income households and low-income service providers purchase or lease an eligible new or used vehicle. To find out if you qualify based on income, visit the Charge Ahead Rebate: Income Eligibility page.
Standard Rebate Amount
The Standard Rebate offers up to $2,500 toward the purchase or lease of a new, eligible zero-emission vehicle. All Oregon residents, businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies qualify-there are no income requirements.
Rebate amounts include:

$2,500 for a new eligible vehicle with a battery capacity of 10 kWh or more

$1,500 for a new eligible vehicle with a battery capacity under 10 kWh

$750 for an eligible new zero-emission motorcycle
Charge Ahead Rebate

Rebate amounts:

Zero-emission motorcycles do not qualify for this rebate
Please note: You can only apply for one rebate. The Charge Ahead Rebate cannot be combined with the Standard Rebate.
How Does Rebate Apply
Any qualifying customers will get their rebate applied at the transaction of the vehicle within the contract of the sale or lease agreement.
